Story of the guy whose more than half of childhood was spent as child labor

Story of my childhood friend who is now in the driving profession.
Name: Santosh (name changed) Residence: PanautI, Kavre

Incident:
Ran away from the house at the age of 7-8 years.
While chat, the reason to run away is not having interest to go to school, jealousy of fancy stuffs of friends and the false rumour that there is truck load of money for each work.
Reached to Old Buspark @ 9 pm.
Walked here and there than reached to Kupandole, Lalitpur. Stayed homeless without food for days.
Seen by one gentleman working at Bank while drinking tea at local tea shop.
Child was lying side by the tea shop, begging for money to have tea and a piece of doughnut.
Interviewed with children about his condition.
After knowing the situation of child, he offered the child to his house where he promised to keep as son and send to school.
Child was happy to hear that, he accepted the genuine offer.

Went with banker.
Who knows his days are going to be changed forever.
And than the dark days appeared.
He was admitted to government school and provided with one pair of cloth for school and one pair for home.
Initially he was happy to get admitted and have new pair of clothes.

Days passed by and few days later, child was used as child labor.
That banker already had 3 son on his own thus his sole intention was to utilize the child for labor activities.
all those promises were found to be fake.

Mrs. Banker brutally punished the child in his every single mistake.
She behaved like a witch and poured all her frustration to the child.
Noone was there to see the child's eyes filled with tears, feel the tired body, understand his feelings and desire.

Days passed.
Nobody cared.
Likewise 3 years passed by.
Enough is enough.
Child fought, argued, cried. but was helpless.
He couldn't do anything.
Couldn't change his fate.
Afterall he is just a child without support belonging to family with weak financial condition.

Finally, one day at the evening and 3 years of punishment, he gathered the courage, made a decision and ran away with head held high.

Unfortunately he was accused of running away with money and ornaments.
In reality, he just ran away with slippers, tired body, empty pocket and bruised body with eyes full of tears.

Chapter: Return back to family, Engage in pool house.
After running away from hellish and tortorous life, he went back to his family.

Family accepted him. Cared him for days. As his interest was already gone from studies and grew towards income sources. He again ran away. This time with clear plan. In between he communicated with his friends, who also working as labor about potential places. He was taken to a Pool house located at Kupandole, Lalitpur.

At the age of 12 he started serving beer, cigerette, lunch, etc. He worked there for 3 years. Their he learnt every single good and bad habits.

In this way, he spent his half childhood as child labor without education. Hw was deprived of follwing:
a) child rights
b) right to education
c) right to nutritious food
d) right to live with parents (was neglected and deprived of family care and guidance)
