Question mark over Nepal's Sovereignty: Nepal-India Border Security Concern

Subject: Entry of Indian SSB into Nepali soil with gun is subjected to violate/breach the agreement between Nepal-India in India-Nepal border related agreements Indian SSB entering into an Nepali border is not the new act. If we look back at the incidents, there has been numerous reported incidents where SSB entered into Nepali Soil without any permission breaching an agreement between Nepal-India on border related topics.  What Government of Nepal did? In each of the reported cases (serious concerns), Ministry of Federal Affairs, Government of Nepal issued an statement and immediately asked Indian Embassy to check the SSB activities in border side. In one of the reported incident, they arrested the 13 SSB as well.
